Places to Shop

If your ready to start venturing out into the world of second-hand buying but don't know where to start, then check out some of these options below:

Online Consignment

  1. ThreadUP - ThreadUp is a wonderful online consignment and thrift store with loads of affordable options. They deliver a modern resale experience list over 55k different brands and have an estimated retail price of up to 90% off. Whatever item you are looking for, chances are they have it or something close to it. You are even able to customize your searching experience by type of clothing item, brand, color, material, price, condition or pattern, making the shopping experience even easier.

  2. Poshmark - Similar to ThreadUp, Poshmark is an online fashion marketplace where users can buy and sell new and secondhand fashion. I would reccommend Poshmark if you are on the hunt for a specific item or already have some type of idea of what you are looking for. Once you do find an item you want, you could even get exclusive offers from the seller, or make a counter offer to their asking price. It's also a great place to shop if your looking for vintage pieces!

  3. Depop - Depop is another circular fashion resource that allows users to buy and sell pre-loved clothing. Whenever I am in a browsing mood or looking to discover new styles and unique pieces, this is usually the place I turn to. Here you can shop big brands you already love or form a love for new independent ones that you wouldn't have found otherwise.
